Personal Information Protection Policy

API Corporation (“Our Company”) recognizes the appropriate protection of personal information (“Personal Information” as stipulated by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information) as an important responsibility, and in order to fulfill this responsibility, handles personal information under the following policies.

1. We will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations, and will handle personal information appropriately in accordance with generally accepted practices concerning the handling of such information. We will also make efforts to improve our handling of this information as appropriate.
2. We will establish rules for the handling of personal information and ensure that all employees are fully aware of them. We will also ask business partners to handle personal information appropriately.
3. When obtaining personal information, we will notify or announce the purpose of its use and handle personal information according to that purpose.
4. In order to prevent the leakage, loss, alteration, etc. of personal information, necessary measures will be taken and appropriate managed appropriately.
5. We will respond appropriately to requests from individuals for disclosure, correction, and cessation of use of their personal information that we hold through designated contact point.
